</paragraph>

The only known locality of this taxon is in Zhidong Village, Zhina Township, Yingjiang County, Dehong Dai and Jingpo Autonomous Prefecture, 
<collectingRegion id="B1B175F3463F3DEA7CBECAFAEE2E1D90" country="China" name="Yunnan">Yunnan Province</collectingRegion>
. The site is located in an open area in a primeval forest dominated by 
<taxonomicName id="D7884E0D3AAFEE3F9A0366C19664D3C4" class="Magnoliopsida" family="Fagaceae" kingdom="Plantae" order="Fagales" phylum="Tracheophyta" rank="family">Fagaceae</taxonomicName>
and 
<taxonomicName id="535F71A99FC31C98271F8C3F3C123550" class="Magnoliopsida" family="Magnoliaceae" kingdom="Plantae" order="Magnoliales" phylum="Tracheophyta" rank="family">Magnoliaceae</taxonomicName>
. The observed population is very small, with about 100 plants growing in the bamboo forest along the roadside, accompanied by some pteridophytes. The elevation is
