Gnathopod 1 with slightly more elongated propodus. Uropoda with relatively longer and narrower rami. The latter two characters are more obvious in younger specimens (

. Most of the specimens of the typical form that I have examined have poorly developed dorsal denticles on pereonite 7 and the pleonites, or they are absent, particularly in smaller individuals.
