Head smooth and shiny with scattered fine punctulae; pronotum similar, but remainder of mesosoma becoming sublucid, with coriarious-imbricate sculpture; luster of petiole, postpetiole and gaster dulled by moderately dense pubescence. Rather uniformly dark brown, appendages slightly lighter.
