Setae and setulae on head black; ocellar tubercle distinct, with 2 anterior oc and 2 short posterior setulae. Antenna blackish brown; first flagellomere brown distinctly longer than scape + pedicel, 3.3 times longer than wide, without dorsal setae; arista 3.1 times as long as first flagellomere, blackish brown, pubescent except apical 1/3 or so thin and bare. Proboscis blackish brown, distinctly shorter than head, thickened, nearly obtuse apically; palpus dark brown with 1 seta at extreme tip.</paragraph>

Thorax black with pale gray pollinosity except mesoscutum shiny with wide posterior portion pollinose. Setae and setulae on thorax black; h absent, 2 long strong npl, setula-like acr quadriseriate, setula-like dc uniseriate except only 1 posteriormost dc long, 1 psa, scutellum with 6 marginal setulae and 2 long sc. Legs mostly black except tarsomeres 1–2 brown, fore and mid tarsomeres 3–5 and hind tarsi blackish brown. Setae and setulae on legs dark brown to black. Fore femur nearly as thick as mid femur; hind femur 1.7 times as thick as mid femur, with row of slightly long thin pv. Mid femur with row of mostly long av and row of very long pv on basal 1/2. Hind femur with 2 long thick av near midlle, about 2 rows of pv spines and row of outer pv. Fore tibia apically with 1 long thick 1 ad and 1 pv. Mid tibia with 3–4 thick or thin ad on basal 1/2; apically with circle of 6 setae including 1 very thick pd and 1 long pv. Hind tibia with 2 ad on basal 1/2; apically with circle of setae including 1 long pd. Fore and mid tarsomere 1 with some long setulae, apically with 1 ad; mid tarsomere 1 with row of ad and pd on basal 1/2; apically with circle of setae.
