</paragraph>

The generic name is derived from the generic name
<emphasis id="39B82F5FA98C32846E6C15FA6EF9EC7E" italics="true">Scymnus</emphasis>
and the memory of the late Prof. Ren Shunxiang from South
<collectingCountry id="2A27C2498C2B28B9255A709AA5E9036E" name="China">China</collectingCountry>
Agricultural University, a well-known Chinese entomologist who devoted most of his life to the study of Coccinellidae and biological control. Gender masculine.
