. Integument dark-brown; vertex black; scape with large orange distal maculae ventrally, gradually brown towards inner side, dorsally black; pedicel with basal orange ring; antennomere III with narrow basal orange ring, nearly all ventral side brown, except for narrow black ring at apex; antennomere IV orange with narrow darker ring at apex; antennomere V reddish-brown at base, gradually becoming darker brown, with narrow black ring at apex; antennomeres VIXI dark-brown; pronotum black medially, lighter towards sides; elytra with lighter brown band along humeral carina; coxae light brown at base, gradually orange towards apex; pro- and mesofemora with basal two-thirds orange, irregularly reddish to dark-brown on distal one-third; metafemora orange on basal half, gradually reddish-brown to dark-brown towards apex; tibiae orange at base and most of inner side basally; dorsal surface of tarsomeres III mostly orange; about two-thirds of tarsomere V orange basally.

. Frons rectangular, wider than long; dense pubescence whitish-yellow to yellow depending on angle of light source, obscuring integument; with moderately long, sparse setae. Antennal tubercles with pubescence as on frons. Coronal suture distinct from clypeus to anterior edge of prothorax. Vertex coarsely, sparsely punctate; centrally with large brown pubescent triangular area, distinctly not obscuring integument; remaining surface densely, whitish-yellow pubescent; with long, moderately abundant setae intermixed; area behind distal half of inferior ocular lobes and genae with dense, yellowish pubescence. Distance between superior ocular lobes equal to 0.3 times scape length; distance between inferior ocular lobes, in frontal view, equal to 0.7 times scape length. Antennae as long as 1.5 times elytral length, attaining elytral apex about middle of antennomere IX; ventral side of scape, pedicel, and antennomeres IIIIV with long, moderately abundant setae; antennomeres antennal formula (ratio) based on antennomere III: scape = 0.76; pedicel = 0.18; IV = 0.79; V = 0.57; VI = 0.51; VII = 0.45; VIII = 0.44; IX = 0.36; X = 0.33; XI = 0.33.

. Prothorax laterally rounded. Pronotum coarsely, sparsely punctate on central disk, distinctly denser, somewhat finer laterally; pubescence brown, not obscuring integument, a large sub-triangular area on disc, whitishyellow, densely pubescent, obscuring integument on each side of this area; long, sparse setae intermixed. Sides of prothorax, moderately coarsely, punctate; pubescence brown, not obscuring integument. Pubescence on ventral side of thorax yellow-brown, very distinct, but not obscuring integument. Elytra coarsely, densely punctate; pubescence yellow-brown, short, not obscuring integument except on narrow, short band of humerus; humeral carina distinct from base to distal one-fourth; apices individually rounded.
