Wings with weak yellow-brownish darkening; hind wing with angle between basal (M) and cubital (Cu) veins ca. 70°, costal margin with eight hamuli. Lateral preoccipital carina present.

Total body length 6-8 mm. Head strongly transverse in front view, ca. 1.3 times as wide as long (Fig.

Mesoscutum and mesoscutellum areolate-punctate; propodeum and mesepisternum as in the female. Metasomal terga finely punctate (15-20
