MALE. Body length: 4.56.0 mm. Shape. Head slightly transverse (0.850.9), as wide as mesosoma. Antenna attaining scutellum; pedicel as long as wide; F1 conical, slightly longer than wide apically, as long as pedicel, 1.82 times longer than F2; F2 transverse, about 2 times wider than long; F3 longer than F2, slightly transverse; other flagellomeres as long as wide, or slightly longer. Clypeus with straight basal margin. Labral plate rounded, twice as wide as long (at specimens from Ufa, clypeus with apical tubercle), with median depression. Facial fovea matt, deep, apically triangularly enlarged, wider than distance to eye, equidistant from eye. Genal area narrower than eye (0.60.7), from half length narrowing towards mandibles. Fore basitarsus as long as TM2TM5 together. Middle basitarsus parallel-sided, 44.5 times longer than wide.

Metasomal Sterna &amp; Genitalia (Figs 95103). S2 and S5 posterior margins slightly concave, at S3 and S4 straight. S2S5 with premarginal, thin hair fringe, on S4 longer. S6 posterior margin medially with deep, oval, emargination dividing 2 wide processes flattened, pointed, bent down ventrally at 90°, and externally densely pubescent. S7 basal marginal incurve twice wider than deep; disk with median kill shortly distant from basal edge; posterior margin with 2 parallel processes twice as long as wide, flattened latero-laterally (lateral view). S8 wide, disc as long as wide; neck short, wide, with, narrow lateral flaps; apical plate slightly wider than long, ventrally with marginal, dense, erect, short hear brush; basal hill 90° (lateral view). Gonocoxite without marginal excavation. Gonostylus narrow, apically widely rounded, with distal half enlarged and bent ventrally. Penis valve apically rounded and bent ventrally, with internal, preapical excavation deep and round. Sculpture. Generally, body shiny and smooth. Paraocular area on upper part, frons and vertex smooth, with punctures and pits dense to merged (510 µm / 0.21.5). Genal area glossy, with tiny pits (ca 10 µm) 12 diameters apart. Paraocular area below, clypeus, supraclypeal and subantennal areas glossy, with punctures and pits a few diameters apart (510 µm / 15). Scutum shiny, smooth, on fore quarter slightly shagreened, with deep, round pits of different sizes, on disc sparse, on periphery dense to confluent (520 µm / 0.54). Scutellum shiny, smooth, with deep, round pits about a pit diameter apart (1020 µm / 0.52). Metanotum with confluent pits. Mesepisternum shiny, delicately shagreened, on upper half often smoother, with deep, round pits dense to merged (2025 µm / 0.51.5). Propodeum shagreened, propodeal triangle on horizontal part roughly rugose; vertical part shagreened, shinier than allied surfaces. Metasomal terga shiny, with deep, round pits (715 µm) about a pit diameter apart; marginal zone glossy, finely tessellate or smooth. T1T3 smooth, T1 with pits dense to merged (0.51) and dorsolateral convexities impunctate; T2 and T3 with sparser pits (13); T4T5 delicately tessellated. Metasomal sterna shiny, shallowly tessellate, with hair pores (ca 5 µm) a few diameters apart. Coloration. Wing white, veins yellow or brownish. Clypeus yellow, with narrow apical and wider lateral margins black. Tegula anteriorly dark, posteriorly yellowish-brown, translucent. Yellow: fore femora apically, tibia basally (knees) and anteriorly, mid tibia on base and apex, hind tibia on basal half and apex, tarsi and spurs; TM5 and claws often reddish; hind tarsi apically darkened. Vestiture. T6 and T7 fimbriae white. Metasomal sterna with short hairs.

Scutum and scutellum shiny, smooth, scutum on fore quarter slightly shagreened; with deep, round pits of different sizes, a diameter apart, on disc sparser, on periphery dense to confluent (320 µm / 0.56). Metanotum with confluent pits. Mesepisternum shiny, shagreened, on upper half smoother, with deep, round pits on upper half about a pit diameter apart, below sparser (1015 µm / 13). Propodeum shagreened, horizontal part of propodeal triangle roughly rugose, vertical finely shagreened or smooth. Metasomal terga glossy, with dense, deep, round pits (ca 10 µm); dorsolateral convexities impunctate; marginal zones glossy, delicately tessellate.
