<paragraph id="8F1F9C63AAA4FB2FE6608C69ADC74E73">Shell ovate conic, solid, glossy, brownish colour, and with 6 ½ – 7 whorls. Apex blunt; protoconch ~ 2 whorls with smooth to shallow radial grooves; subsequent whorls with distinctly thickened and equally spaced grooves. Spire gradually attenuated, slightly turreted, and bluntly pointed; whorls convex; suture deep; last two whorls almost equal and largest. Aperture narrow and obliquely ovate; peristome white and thickened; columella short, concave, slightly twisted, and truncated. Umbilicus closed.</paragraph>
