Lateral auricles large, directed semi-cau- dally. Two small eyespots located near mastax. Head and trunk distinctly separated by wrinkled neck. Trunk cylindrical, tapered to posterior end. Longitudinal fold present on trunk. Lateral antennae at posterior third of trunk. Foot short, 60
