Adult (Fig. 80). Wingspan 9.0̄1 0.0 mm. Head silvery white. Labial palpus silvery white, segment I fuscous on outer surface; segment II fuscous dorso-distally, hair pencil reaching distal end of II; segment III fuscous and slender, nearly as long as II, pointed at apex. Antenna with scape white; flagellum with dorsal half white, remaining flagellum black; male with cilia slightly longer than width. Thorax silvery white, suffused with fuscous scales post-medially. Tegula silvery white. Forewing with hair pencil reaching basal 3/5; ground color silvery white, with fuscous markings: basal fascia not reaching costa; costal patch inverted triangular or trapezoidal; antemedian fascia slender, somewhat zigzagged, broadly interrupted by silvery white scales below fold; median fascia straight, twice width of antemedian fascia; distal fascia from between 2/3 and 5/6 of costal margin to dorsum, sometimes not reaching dorsum, its inner margin shortly extended toward base along dorsum; subapical spot present. (Figs 61, 101). Uncus ovate, sparsely setose at base, distal half with a shallow groove. Culcitula present. Gnathos hook slender and long, curving upward, sharply pointed at apex. Tegumen three times longer than uncus, with a wide patch of papilliform tubercles dorsad medial process (Fig. 61); medial process strongly sclerotized, arising from anterior 1/3: process as long as gnathos hook, widened at base, curved downward, sometimes serrate before apex, pointed at apex;. Valva with costa nearly straight before distal 1/3, slightly curved inward distally; ventral margin constricted basally, gradually widening toward middle, then tapering toward apex, distal half set with long spine-like setae; apex blunt, sparsely covered with short setae. Anellus lobe ovate, about 1/5 length of valva; apical bristle approximately 2/3 length of anellus lobe. Vinculum sub-rectangular, posterior margin broadly concave. Saccus slender, twice length of anellus lobe, gradually tapering toward apex. Aedeagus with basal 2/5 dilated, distal 3/5 slender and curved downward in lateral view, straight in dorsal view, blunt at apex.
