This is a locally occurring species that is distributed from the eastern part of European Russia to West Siberia and eastern Kazakhstan. The species is ecologically associated with the genus

. The larvae probably develop in the wood of living twigs and thin stems (

In our research, only several rather old and damaged specimens were collected with a predominance of females, which may indicate the end of the appearance of this species. On the other hand, the imagines were rather active, flying around the host plants and sitting on the leaves only from time to time. On the first plot, this species inhabits
