<paragraph pageId="0" pageNumber="1">This species is mainly black with the hind femora of the female and sometimes of the male, reddish. Discal scutellar setae absent; four short apical scutellar macrosetae; scutum, anepisternum, and scutellum with grayish pubescence. Body length 10-12 mm; wing length 7-9 mm. Flight time June - August.</paragraph>
