. Eye bridge 2–3 facets wide. 4th flagellomere with l/w-index 2.6, haired pale and sparsely, longer than wide. Necks rather long. Palpus 3-segmented, short; basal segment without deepened sensory pit, with one bristle only.

. Brown. Scutum with three dark stripes, haired pale. Wings pale; R1: R = 0.5; c somewhat longer ½ w; y = x, bare; posterior veins bare. Haltere short, brownish. Legs brownish; tibial organ comblike; middle and hind tibiae with one long spur, second spur strongly reduced or absent; claws toothless.

Gonostylus flattened on inner side, with strong apical tooth and 7–8 subapical spines in the apical half, spines as long as tooth, a few of them located somewhat laterally on the ventral inner side. Tegmen wide, apically with fine teeth. Body size:
