Shell cylindrical with a rounded apex; aperture obliquely ovate; periostracum pale yellow to whitish; protoconch low and dome shaped. Operculum corneous, orangish, thin, pliable, oval, paucispiral, with a submarginal nucleus. Two pairs of basal cusps on the central radular tooth. Ctenidium well developed.
