b) with wingspan 15.0 mm. Head yellowish white. Antenna brown with white. Labial palpus with second segment yellowish brown except white terminally; third segment ocherous brown on inner surface, grayish white on outer surface. Thorax yellowish brown; tegula pale yellow, with brown scales. Forewing with costal margin slightly arched, apex bluntly rounded, termen oblique; ground color ocherous yellow, sparsely mixed with brown scales; markings blackish brown: humeral patch extending to basal 1/5; costal patch wedge-shaped, at basal 2/5; median patch sub-semicircular, extending from below upper margin of cell to dorsum, its lower margin about 1/3 length of dorsum, outer margin rounded; discocellular stigma, narrow rectangular bar, slightly narrowed medially; subterminal patch trapezoidal, its inner margin about 1/5 length of outer margin, outer margin extending from costa to dorsum; narrow black stripe extending from before lower angle of cell along CuA2 to dorsum at distal 1/5; subterminal fascia grayish yellow, slightly arched outwardly at anterior 2/5, followed by a broad zone with scattered dark brown scales; distinct blackish brown line extending from upper corner of subterminal patch to tornus; fringe pale yellow. Hindwing and fringe grayish yellow. Fore leg yellowish brown, with black scales; mid leg blackish brown except tarsus with white apex; hind leg with femur grayish brown, tibia yellowish white, dark brown before apex, tarsus yellowish white, with scattered pale brown scales.

c): Uncus with basal 1/3 nearly triangular, distal 2/3 narrowed, curved toward ventral surface, pointed apically. Gnathos broad in basal 2/3 and parallel sided, distal 1/3 sharply narrowed to a pointed tip, hooked. Valva broad in basal 1/3, more than twice width of median part; costa deeply concave medially; ventral margin with basal half arched, distal half straight; cucullus foot-shaped, slightly narrowed to rounded apex, outer margin obliquely straight, ventro-distal corner right-angled; sacculus broad at base, conspicuously narrowed to end, about 1/4 length of valva. Juxta square, anterior 1/4 with an imbricated process medially, caudal margin slightly convex medially; caudal lobe subtriangular, dentate on outer margin. Vinculum narrowly banded. Aedeagus stout, straight, slightly shorter than valva, with four short spines on ventral margin preapically; cornuti consisting of a cluster of spinules and one sclerotized plate medially, a patch with dense thorns from 3/5 to 4/5, and numerous teeth forming a circle apically.

Ductus bursae slightly longer than corpus bursae; ductus seminalis arising from posterior 1/3 of ductus bursae. Corpus bursae elongate oval; two signa placed in posterior half, one crescent, one subrectangular, with dense spines.

. This species can be distinguished from its congeners by the aedeagus having a distal circle formed by numerous teeth and with four strong dorso-apical dentations in the male genitalia; and by the corpus bursae with a crescent and a subrectangular signa placed posteriorly in the female genitalia.
