. Head and thorax reddish-brown ochreous, mixed with greyish and greenish scales; patagia greenish-brown; apical part of thoracic tuft reddish brown; abdomen grey. Forewing rather narrow, arcuate at base; costal and ventral margins almost parallel, terminal margin convex; ground colour of forewing dark reddish-brown with light purplish tint; wing pattern consisting of indistinct, diffuse darker and paler greenish-brown patches and grey dashes; basal field brownish-green with black basal mark and mark on ventral side of wing; subbasal, ante- and postmedial lines indistinct, appearing as weak darker suffusion; orbicular indistinct, represented by small whitish mark; reniform weakly defined, blackish, rounded, with paler orange center with black scales inside, surrounded by paler greenish-brown suffusion; costal area spotted with five small brown marks, separated by greenish suffusion or pale greyish; postmedial line traceable, as indistinct multiplied band; subterminal field slightly paler than medial field; apical angle with oblique, obsolescent pale-greyish mark; subterminal and terminal lines a row of diffused greyish dots and streaks; cilia dark brown, with pale basal line. Hindwing dark greyish brown, with distinct discal spot and interrupted terminal line; cilia pale yellowish brown.
