). Wingspan 8.0−11.0 mm. Head with vertex dark brown mixed with greyish white scales, frons white, occiput dark brown mixed with white scales. Labial palpus with basal segment blackish brown on outer surface, greyish white on inner surface; basal two-thirds of second segment with scales white on basal half, black on distal half, distal one-third white except black apically; third segment black except white at base, at middle and apex, about same length as second. Antenna with scape dark brown mixed with white scales on dorsal surface, white on ventral surface; pecten brown basally, black mesially, white distally; flagellum alternately white and black on dorsal surface, dark brown on ventral surface. Thorax and tegula blackish brown basally, golden yellow distally, outer margin of tegula tinged with white at base. Forewing golden yellow mixed with ochreous yellow scales, costal margin black on basal two-thirds; a basal white streak from base of fold to near dorsal margin, edged sparsely with black scales; an inverted triangular black spot near costal one-quarter, under it with a white streak extending straight to dorsal third, inner margin of this streak edged with black scales, outer margin edged with black scales posteriorly; broad deep ochreous yellow fascia from before two-thirds of costal margin extending straight to dorsal margin, edged with dense black scales, anterior two-fifths black tinged with deep ochreous brown scales, white streak along inner margin and anterior three-fifths of outer margin of this fascia; apex with dense black scales, forming an irregular black patch, with a nearly ovate white spot dorsally; termen with a white dot near tornus; cilia light orange yellow, blackish brown along distal part of costal margin, mixed with black along distal part of dorsal margin. Hindwing and cilia grey. Foreleg black, tibia dorsally with a white spot at base and middle, with a tuft of short white scales at apex, tarsus with three white spots on dorsal surface; midleg with tibia and tarsus black, tibia dorsally with a white spot at base, with a tuft of short white scales at middle, with a tuft of long white scales at apex, tarsus with four white spots on dorsal surface; hindleg yellow on ventral surface, black on dorsal surface, tarsus with three white spots on dorsal surface.

). Uncus nearly conical, basal third broad, obviously narrowed at one-third, distal two-thirds slender, apex rounded. Gnathos broad lingulate, about same length as uncus, scobinate on distal third, rounded at apex. Tegumen branched from posterior two-fifths, narrowing anteriorly. Valva subrectangular, almost parallel-sided from base to three-quarters, distal quarter setose, bilobed: dorsal lobe triangular, pointed at apex; ventral lobe curved backward, somewhat beak-like; costa narrow, sclerotized, slightly protruding mesially. Sacculus narrow, almost same width from base to apex except slightly broad at base. Saccus nearly parallel laterally, slightly broad basally, narrowly rounded apically, about 1.25 times length of uncus. Juxta weakly sclerotized, with a slender basal process reaching two-thirds length of saccus; lateral lobes broad, leaf-like, relatively narrow in basal third, broadest in middle third, distal third gradually narrowed to pointed apex, reaching near posterior margin of tegumen. Aedeagus straight, almost same length as valva; vesica bearing two spine-like cornuti: one straight; the second slightly curved basally.

Lamella postvaginalis wider than long, with sparse setae and dense spinules in posterior half, posterior margin slightly concave at middle.
