) slightly narrower than width of prothorax, nearly hemispheric, slightly convex dorsally, relatively flat ventrally and with sparse long setae on anterior, posterior, and lateral margins. Frontoclypeal suture obvious, nearly straight. Frons flat, frontal sutures broad V-shape, incurved; frontal setae relatively long; median suture barely visible in dorsal view.
