Head and clypeus with distinct isodiametric microsculpture. Eyes large and bulging. Temples short, smooth, without microsculpture.</paragraph>

Anterior margin straight, anterior angles effaced, sides regularly rounded, weakly sinuate at base, posterior angles rectangular. Punctation irregular and deep, somewhat sparser on disc. Lateral margin flat, explanate in basal half. Basal grooves indistinct, flat. Microsculpture strong, irregular.</paragraph>
