The spur formula is 3,4,4. The maxillary palps each have the 1st and 2nd segments much shorter than the 3rd segment; the 3rd segment is inserted subapically on the lateral face of the 2nd segment, resulting in a mesoapical lobe on segment 2. Wing venation is complete, as discussed for this diagnostic genus cluster.
