): Wingspan 15.017.5 mm. Head, thorax and tegulae uniformly dark grey to black, frons slightly lighter; labial palpus upcurved, segment 2 black, outer surface in full and upper surface partially light grey to white, underside with moderate groove, segment 3 nearly half as long and half as wide as segment 3, black with whitish basal belt and grey apex; antannae black; forewing covered with light grey, black tiped scales, two poorly expressed black spots in the base of cell, one spot in the corner of cell, whitish scales randomly spread over the wing, light-brown scales concetreated along veins in fold and under costal margin by some specimens; cilia grey black-tipped; hindwing light grey.

): Uncus slightly longer than broad, weakly narrowed apically, distal margin broadly rounded; gnathos slender, of equal width, sickle-shaped; tegumen broad, anteromedial emargination subtriangular, extending to 2/5 length of tegumen; valva slightly curved inwards, weakly narrowed after half length, apex strongly dilated, traingular with acute tip and well developed medial corner, reaching to the top of uncus; sacculus 1/51/6 length of valva, broad on base, tapered, inner margin straight; vinculum broad, posterior margin with moderately deep medial emargination, vincular processes moderately broad, rounded, separated by deep and narrow medial incision, posterior margin finely serrated; saccus moderately narrow, tapered apically, extending beyond the top of pedunculus; distal portion of phallus joins with caecum at abrupt angle, caecum weakly swollen, distal portion slightly longer than caecum, apical arm down-curved, lamina well developed.

Saccus varies in width in its basal half; sacculus slightly varies in length being either as long as vincular process or sligtly longer, uncus varies from prolonged to sub-quadrangular.</paragraph>

The species differs externally from the rest of
