Moderately narrow, bluntly ovoid, sub­cuboidal, slightly dorso­ventrally flattened; anterior pole only slightly wider than posterior pole (Figs 628, 630, 632 &amp; 633).

: Tough chorion. Egg marked on all surfaces by hexagonal, concave cells with moderately broad, slightly elevated walls (Figs 629, 630, 632634), cell walls on wider top side, barely discernible, not defined by aeropyles (Figs 632 &amp; 34), anterior polar cell walls narrow (Fig. 631). Aeropyles slightly elevated, openings moderately large, (Fig. 635) present only on anterior pole (Fig. 630). Micropylar cells slightly recessed (Fig. 631). Chorion rather granular, blistered (Fig. 636).
