). Intervening spaces glossy, variably large. Canthus, part of lateral margin of labroclypeus and narrow area around inner margin of each compound eye covered with microscopical velvety pubescence. Pronotal setae scale-like, longer on anterior margin facing frons and at posterolateral angles, but medially and basally generally short and not surpassing length of corresponding punctures.
