Thorax shining black in ground color, with very thin grayish pruinosity on postpronotal lobe and 2 longitudinal vittae on presutural area of scutum; 2 presutural acrostichal setae; 3 presutural dorsocentral setae; 3 katepisternal setae, lower seta rather fine; scutellum with long erect hairs, discal setae not distinguishable among them, long hairs nearly as long as scutellum. Wing rather well tinged with brown basally; relative lengths of costal sectors 2nd, 3rd and 4th approximately as 2:6.5:3.5; vein M nearly right-angled, from dm-cu crossvein to its bend about 1.5 times distance between the bend and wing margin, with short appendix.
