Forewing length 2.1 mm. Head with 3 large ocelli, and mesoscutellum with transverse suture. Abdominal segment VIII short, wider than long. Segment IX rounded anteriorly, with its tergum lightly sclerotized apically. Segment X conic, asymmetric, with the right lobe more sclerotized than the other structures, with a short, curved spine at its base and a dorsal one; apex of the segment with a sharp point, curved to the left (
