Coxae black; trochanters brownish yellow; femora black with bases yellow; tibiae black; tarsi brownish black to brownish yellow. Hairs on legs black. Wing (fig. 4) brownish yellow, brown spot on stigma and broad bands along CuA, cord, m-m and basal section of M3; veins brown. Venation: Sc1 ending at or just beyond fork of Rs, Sc2 near its tip; basal section of CuA1 beyond fork of M and at 2/5 of cell dm; cell a2 relatively broad. Haltere length 1.0

Posterior margin of tergite nine with broad and shallow Ushaped notch. Gonocoxite conical with a light spot on dorsal face. Clasper of gonostylus slender and slightly curved, tip bidentate. Lobe of gonostylus stout and curved, tip slender and blunt. Interbase conical and curved to aedeagus, tip acute. Aedeagus very long, slender and curly, but base stout.</paragraph>
