Rostrum slightly longer than half of body. Mesonotum dark brownish yellow. Pleuron dark brownish yellow, infuscated near cervical region and base of wing. First tarsi of legs with distal 1/3 snowy white. Wing with darker spots on stigma and cell Sc; basal section of CuA1 beyond fork of M and before 1/4 of cell dm, cell a2 unusually short and narrow. Abdominal segments more or less bicolored.

Pronotum, mesonotum and scutum dark brownish yellow. Scutellum brownish yellow. Mediotergite dark brownish yellow (fig. 40). Pleuron (fig. 38) dark brownish yellow, infuscated near cervical region and base of wing. Hairs on thorax brown. Coxae brownish yellow and weakly infuscated; trochanters brownish yellow; femora brownish black with bases paler; tibiae black; first tarsi black with distal 1/3 snowy white, remaining tarsi snowy white, terminal tarsi infuscated (fig. 41). Hairs on legs black, white on snowy white regions of tarsi. Wing (fig. 42) pale brown, darker spots on stigma and cell Sc; veins brown. Venation: Sc1 ending at 3/4 of Rs, Sc2 near its tip; basal section of CuA1 beyond fork of M and before 1/4 of cell dm; cell a2 unusually short and narrow. Haltere length 1.0 mm, yellow with knob brownish black.</paragraph>
<paragraph id="8BA05529FFC7FF8BFF632F2FFCEF255F" blockId="13.[151,1437,652,1691]" pageId="13" pageNumber="566">Abdomen (fig. 38). Tergites yellow with caudal halves brownish black. Sternites yellow. Terminal three segments uniformly brownish black. Hairs on abdomen brown.</paragraph>

Posterior margin of tergite nine with broad and shallow U-shaped notch. Gonocoxite conical with long thin hairs on inside face. Clasper of gonostylus slender and slightly curved, tip bidentate. Lobe of gonostylus stout and curved, tip slender and blunt. Interbase schistose and nearly oval, tip relatively acute. Paramere long, straight and club-shaped, tip blunt. Aedeagus relatively short, slender and curved dorsally, nearly 1.52.0 times as long as paramere.</paragraph>

Similar to male. But legs with snowy white regions on first tarsi sometimes slightly larger. Tenth tergite brownish black. Cercus and hypogynial valve dark brownish yellow. Tip of hypogynial valve at 3/4 of cercus (fig. 43).</paragraph>
