Clypeus trapezoidal and not protruding, almost 1/3 head length, weakly depressed in anterior part (lower than anterior margin), surface impunctate and coriaceous; anterior margin truncate. Supra-antennal ridges moderately elevated upward. Epistomal suture, lateral portions running posterolaterally curved medially after posterior 1/3. Vertex almost flat, definitely distinguished from neck by middle portion of occipital suture; with mid-longitudinal suture distinct. Eyes with coarse facets, strongly convex and protruding laterally, twice or more longer than temples. Temples broadly rounded at posterolateral angles. Occipital suture arcuate in dorsal view; nuchal ridge present and visible in middle, dorsal basal ridge present.
