growth was observed in four days. Aerialmycelium floccose. Numerous compact white pustules turning to dull green then dark green, sometimes arranged concentrically, sparingly around the margin. Reverse of the plate is dull yellowish to colourless.

<paragraph id="9D3936C95E33FFBEF586A90BFD129A06" blockId="20.[136,1452,986,1588]" pageId="20" pageNumber="21">Conidiophores: Conidiophorestypically comprising a sterile hair from the base of which arise short, broad fertile branches. Sterile hairs conspicuous, typically spiraled or sinuous, septate, thin-walled, infrequently branched, subacute at the tip. Fertile branches progressively longer with distance from the tip of the sterile hair, the shortest branches comprising 23 cells from which arise a few secondary branches thatcomprise 12 cells; the secondary branches may rebranch to form single-celled fertile branches;</paragraph>
<paragraph id="9D3936C95E33FFBEF586A87FFAB29A4E" blockId="20.[136,1452,986,1588]" pageId="20" pageNumber="21">Phialides: Phialides arise singly, directly from any of the branches, or they arise in whorls at the ends of branches; phialides often doliiform when clustered, when not densely clustered they are ampulliform and cylindrical.</paragraph>
