, but can be distinguished by the following characters: The middorsal invagination of each parapod is deeper in the new species, the upcurved aedeagus is shorter in the new species, and the dorsal process of the phallic apparatus is shorter in the new species. The male of this new species can be recognized also by the apicoventral projection of the first article of each inferior appendage being knife-like with an invagination at the lateral base, by the “beaks” of the phallotheca each having a well-developed flange, and in the dorsal process of the phallic apparatus being almost as long as the phallotheca and upcurved at the apex.
