This species is closely similar to

</taxonomicName>
. It appears to be the Himalayan counterpart of that species which occurs widely across
<collectingCountry id="F379539BB223FFC8FE714C6C4853FAC2" box="[468,528,1349,1373]" name="India" pageId="3" pageNumber="40">India</collectingCountry>
, south of the Himalayas and across Southeast Asia. The metanotal sculpture differs slightly between these two, as indicated in the key. The European species

Uzel is also close to
