The new species can be distinguished from its congeners in the forewing by the outer fascia separated by brownish yellow scales at anterior 2/5, and each distal yellow stripe with a black dot at base; in the male genitalia by the vesica with a cluster of spines.

Antenna 3.7 × length of forewing; scape yellow; flagellum yellowish brown except dark brown in basal 1/6.</paragraph>

Thorax: Mesonotum golden yellow; tegula golden yellow except purplish bronzy distally. Forewing ground color yellow from base to inner fascia, distal 1/4 bluish gray mixed with black scales, termen purplish bronzy; with four silvery gray streaks, edged with sparse black scales: first streak from base to 2/5 along costal margin, with golden luster, second streak from middle to distal 1/5 of cell along anterior margin, with purplish bronzy luster, third streak from base to 3/4 of cell along posterior margin, fourth streak from near base to 2/5 of wing along 1A+2A; with four black lines: first line from base to beyond 2/5 of wing along R

, second line from base to 3/5 of cell, near posterior margin of cell at base, separated at distal 1/4, third line from near base to beyond 2/5 of wing along CuP, fourth line from near base to 2/3 along dorsum; inner and outer fasciae bluish gray, edged with black scales anteriorly and posteriorly, inner fascia curved outward medially, outer fascia curved inward, weakly separated at anterior 2/5 by brownish yellow scales, extending outward anteriorly and posteriorly, medial fascia pale yellow, narrowed medially; two yellow stripes anteriorly and four yellow stripes posteriorly from distal 1/5 to before apex and near termen respectively, black dot at base of each posterior yellow stripe; fringe dark brown. Hindwing grayish brown except pale yellow between costal margin and Rs; fringe grayish brown. Foreleg yellow ventrally, purplish bronzy dorsally except tibia bluish brown; midleg yellow except tibia light purplish bronzy dorsally; hindleg yellow except tibia bronzy apically. Epiphysis dark brown, at middle of tibia, not reaching apex of tibia.

Valva fused for basal 1/4, rounded at apex, straight on costal margin, obliquely straight on ventral margin; sacculus subquadrate, reaching near basal 1/3 of ventral margin. Transtilla with a triangular anterior emargination, triangularly produced anterolaterally; median process spiniform, reaching posterior 2/5 of tegumen apically. Vinculum 3.1 × length of valva, narrowly rounded anteriorly.
