, stating that “The spicules (fig. 33) of this species are extremely characteristic; they are covered with long papillose warts, which are for the most part widely separated, and so give a very irregular outline to the spicules. The ends of the elongated double-clubs and double-spindles are markedly pointed, and have the form of elongated cones”, but the species will still be difficult to recognise unless the
