Malar area coriaceous, 0.7 times as long as compound eye. Clypeus smooth, glabrous and shortly projected; anterior tentorial pits small, indistinct. Transfacial distance 1.3 times as long as compound eye. Diameter of torulus larger than inter-toruli distance and torulus-eye distance. Frons, gena and occiput smooth, glabrous except for few sparse setae; occipital and postocular carinae absent. In dorsal view 1.7 times as broad as long, broader than mesosoma. Compound eyes glabrous. POL: OOL: LOL is 6.5:5.0:3.0, diameter of lateral ocellus is 2.0.</paragraph>

Notaulus complete, not internally carinate, coarse margins; median mesoscutal furrow present. Lateral mesoscutum smooth and punctate; parapsidal signum absent; parascutal sulcus absent, presence of coarse band instead.
