Email du pourtour des couronnes souvent rugueux, quelquefois ridulé sur le flanc lingual des dents supérieures et sur le flanc buccal des dents inférieures; au moins sur les molaires, présence de crêtes accessoires et ridules, souvent développées le long des lophes (lophides) principaux, descendant convergeant vers le fond des flexi (flexids); D3 (? P3) présente, uni-cuspide, avec un faible cingulum lingual; P4 plus courte que M1. Hypocône présent aux dents supérieures, mais variablement plus petit et plus bas que le protocône (plus réduit sur P4 et encore plus sur M3); endolophe généralement présent et haut, assurant la jonction des flancs linguaux des protocône et hypocône; paraconule et métaconule présents, variablement développés; protolophe et métalophe discontinus. Aux dents inférieures, métaconide plus élevé que les autres cuspides, métalophulide I plus ou moins complet, et postprotocristide oblique mésiobuccalement à distolingualement, descendant du protoconide jusquau court ectolophide mésial; entolophide variablement présent, incomplet ou complet.
