). Body length 984–1224 µm. Body mostly dark brown except base of gaster light brown, hypopygium brown, and borders of axilla and scutellum a little lighter; midlobe of mesoscutum with a light brown, transverse submedian stripe. Antenna brown (pedicel a little lighter than other antennomeres). Procoxa, mesocoxa, base of metacoxa, femora, most of mesotibia, and about distal half of metatibia brown; metacoxa distally, trochanters, protibia, base of mesotibia, about basal half of metatibia, and tarsi yellow to light brown. Vertex transversely striate, with a few short setae.

) with scape 4.4–4.8 x as long as wide, a little dilated in the middle; pedicel much longer than F1; all funicle segments longer than wide; F1 the shortest funicle segment, F3 much longer than F2, longer than F4, and shorter than F5; F5 about as long as F6; F1, F2 and F4 without longitudinal sensilla, F3 with 1 longitudinal sensillum, F5 and F6 each with 2 longitudinal sensilla; clava 3.6–4.1 x as long as wide, with 6 longitudinal sensilla.

). Mesoscutum wider than long, its midlobe finely longitudinally striate and with 1 pair of strong setae. Axillar seta about as long as 1/3 length of scutellum. Scutellum a little shorter than mesoscutum, posterior scutellum finely longitudinally striate. Dorsellum broadly angulate posteriorly.

). Forewing about 4.6 x as long as wide; disc slightly infumate behind submarginal vein and at apex, otherwise hyaline, with unevenly distributed setae only in the distal 3/10; the longest marginal seta 1.1–1.2 x greatest width of wing.

). Petiole much wider than long. Gaster longer than mesosoma; ovipositor with a large basal loop, at least 4/5 length of gaster, markedly exserted beyond apex of hypopygium and also beyond apical gastral tergum (by 1/ 5 to 2/5 of ovipositor length, depending on the size and configuration of its basal loop: the shorter the latter is, the more the ovipositor is exserted), and 2.1–2.2 x length of metatibia.
