is characterized by the presence of the following characteristics: the antennal tubercle is well developed, and the first antennomere has two subapical spiniform setae dorsally and a single thick seta ventrally; the rostrum is mostly yellowish brown except for the black fourth article, which reaches the middle of the hind coxa; the anterior and posterior margins of the pronotum are straight; the mesonotum is posteromedially produced; the posterior margin of the metanotum is straight; the extensor region of the fore femur has a single subapical setiform spine, and the mid and the hind femur have two subapical spines; the hind tibia is sparsely clothed with medium sized and long dark spines; the apices of the fore and mid tibiae dorsally have grooming combs; sternum
