The description refers to the

as a A single adult from Ookiep. The adult specimen from Ookiep is also illustrated in the plates. The description further refers to two smaller specimens from; Kamiesberg (PEM R4826) and Steinkopf (PEM R4827, formerly AMG 1413) collected by Capt. G.C. Shortridge as additional non-type material. All specimens are in perfect condition except for PEM R4826 which has a mid-ventral incision. This taxon was elevated to specific status by
