A medium sized orange species, very similar to

</taxonomicName>
but with the ovipositor longer and apically swollen. Additionally, the female is differentiated by vein

in the hind which is as long as

. Temples rounded. Frons punctate with some dorsal transverse and ventral vertical evanescent wrinkles. Face densely punctate-shagreened. Clypeus wide and transverse (Ci = 2.5), sparsely punctate. Clypeal fovea deep. Malar space long (MLMi = 1). Antenna with 4548 flagellomeres.

) L. 10.0 (9.210.9). Propodeal carination stronger than female, otherwise structurally similar. Strong sexual color dimorphism: head yellow, frons centrally, vertex and occiput black.
