) where only the posterior aspect of the uterus (about half to one third) has the uterine loops overlapping the ceca laterally. This observation suggests that the size of specimens may need to be considered when using the posterior extent of the uterine loops and the degree to which they overreach the ceca laterally as a characteristic for distinguishing species in this family. Otherwise these two species are indistinguishable and neither has an oral sucker and they are therefore synonymized. No oral or ventral sucker present—Dronen
