The male is characterized by the ninth gonocoxites with digitiform processes on inner margins, which shows, however, a large variability. The endophallus bears two pairs of bristle tufts. The female seventh sternite caudally possesses a pair of lobes, forming a broad median incision.

Male. Forewing length 8.011.0 mm.

Antennal sclerite (torulus) and antenna yellowish brown, with distal half of flagellum slightly darkened toward tip. Mouthparts brown.</paragraph>

Legs yellow with yellowish setae. Wings hyaline, pterostigma brown, veins brown. Anterior branch of Rs with one forked vein and one simple vein running to wing margin.</paragraph>
