Small, possibly parthenogenetic species, distinguished by robust gnathopod propodi bearing relatively few non-bifid, peg-like palmar margin spines; prominent cutting plates of right mandible, and heavily spinose uropods 1 and 2 and telson. Largest specimens (females), 3.0 – 3.5 mm; male unknown.
