This new species can be distinguished from its congeners by the forewing with a sub-round ochreous yellow spot surrounded by white scales at dorsum near tornus; and in the male genitalia by the valva which is deeply bifurcate in distal 2/5.

Adult (Fig. 4). Wingspan 7.08.0 mm. Head with vertex yellowish white, frons brown, occiput dark brown. Labial palpus with second segment white on basal half and yellowish brown on distal half on inner surface, brown on outer surface; third segment white except dark brown apically, nearly as long as second segment. Antenna dirty white on dorsal surface; scape with a black apical spot dorsally, yellowish white ventrally; flagellum annulated with black dorsally, dark brown ventrally. Thorax and tegula ochreous brown. Forewing with basal 1/3 pale ochreous brown, distal 2/3 dark ochreous brown covered with black and dark-grey scales; costal margin blackish brown along basal 1/4, with a white spot at distal 1/4, indistinct in male; antemedian fascia white, from basal 1/4 of costal margin obliquely outward to about basal 1/3 of dorsum, widened anteriorly, outer margin edged with a wide ill-defined greyish-black band; dorsum with a nearly round ochreous yellow spot before tornus, encircled by white scales; very large circular dark silvery-grey spot at end of outer margin of cell, intermixed with black scales; apex black; cilia blackish brown except ochreous yellow around apex. Hindwing and cilia dark greyish brown. Fore- and midlegs black, tarsi with white markings on outside, tibia of midleg with a tuft of white scales apically; hindleg yellow on ventral surface, black on dorsal surface, tarsus white at apex of each tarsomere.

Uncus elongate, wide at base, narrowed to basal 1/3, abruptly narrowed from basal 1/3 to narrowly rounded apex. Tegumen narrowed anteriorly. Valva slightly widened medially, bifurcate distally: bifurcation with dorsal lobe approximately 2/5 length of valva, longer and wider than ventral lobe, sparsely setose, basal 3/4 parallel, distal 1/4 narrowed to apex, serrate dorsally, with a small apical spine; ventral lobe about 2/3 as long as dorsal lobe, sub-triangular, narrowly rounded at apex. Costa slightly concave at basal 1/3, with a sclerotized sub-rectangular process extending from basal 1/3 to anterior 2/5 width of valva. Sacculus narrow, setose distally. Saccus very short, inverted sub-trapezoidal in shape. Juxta short, very thin, arched. Aedeagus short, slightly curved, about 3/5 length of valva; cornutus small.</paragraph>

Eighth sternum narrow, with setae on posterior margin. Antrum cup-shaped, produced posterolaterally. Ductus bursae membranous, relatively wide. Corpus bursae ovate; with two signa, each signum denticulate, placed medially.</paragraph>
