Temples well developed, gently sloping; diameter of eye (if see dorsally) approximately equal to length of temple. Surface of head delicate and rather densely shagreened.</paragraph>

Lateral margins straight from base. Pronotum with delicate and rather densely shagreen as that on forehead. Pronotal disc with small and flattened depression at base; central part of disc with two symmetrical and poorly developed oval depressions, separated by flat medial ridge.</paragraph>
