Mostly brownish-yellow. Arista bare. Wing discal band rather small, reached to middle of penultimate section of M1, basal to dm-cu. Arm of genital fork bowed at base and subparallel on distal 2/3, basal tubercle broadly convex. Postgonite long and strongly bent, creating a “V-shape”.

Frontal vitta yellow, densely microsetulose, about 1/2 width of frons; lower orbital plate dull pollinose; ocellar triangle brown; lunule orange; face yellow, with fine microsetulae; gena light brown, lightly pollinose; clypeus uniformly brown, shiny. Setae and setulae on head black; postgena with 1 strong seta at lower margin. Antenna pale yellow; first flagellomere 1.3X longer than wide; pedicel with 1 ventral apical seta more than half length of first flagellomere; arista nearly 2.5X length of first flagellomere, brown and bare. Proboscis brownish-yellow with brown apex, setulae brown to black. Palpus yellow, setulae black.</paragraph>

Bm-cu in line with CuA2, A1+CuA2 3.4X as long as CuA2; distance between apex of R2+3 and R4+5 0.3X as long as M1 beyond dm-cu (
