Hind region of vertex sometimes with one or two small spots on each side near hind margin; fuscous markings in the middle of pronotum and scutellum sometimes forming indistinct sagittal band from vertex tip to scutellum. Wings without green tinge, with whitish veins and ± hyaline cells. Abdomen light with eight longitudinal rows of ± distinct markings, central ones very close to each other, divided by noticeably light middle line, middle ones formed of small spots, lateral two rows more distinct and formed of longitudinal stripes. In light specimens abdominal markings almost lacking. Females with same pattern of coloration as males, sometimes somewhat lighter.
