Pileus and stipe distinctly tomentose. Pileus dark brown, subsquamulose. Basidiospores narrowly ellipsoid, slightly amyloid. Hymenial cystidia absent. Pileipellis and stipitipellis sarcodimitic, hyphae thick-walled with yellowish-brown pigments. Pileocystidia and caulocystidia thick-walled with yellow contents. Differs from
