Male, body brown; eyes bare; distal 4 flagellomere segments longate, the 13th segment is longest and with a terminal stylet; CR = 0.5; second radial cell short; clypeus with 5 fine bristles scattered in the middle; posterior border of scutellum with 9 stout bristles; gonostylus and aedeagus slender.

This new species has highly distinctive genitalia that it is different from other species of
