Tail long, slender, initially conoid, then almost cylindrical (10–13 wide) and slightly swollen at the tip, slightly curved ventrally in the third part; tail length represents 10–14 % of body length. Caudal glands moderately developed, arranged in group. Tail tip rounded, with terminal spinneret and one small papilla.
